Last class for the term finally out of the way, and it was really about time Effy started to think about her trip home tomorrow, and... well, the packing she had to do for it.

Sure, she probably had enough stuff back in Bristol to get by for a week, but an overnight bag at least might be a good idea, and she yanked one out from under her bed to throw a few things into.

If nothing else, she was looking forward to seeing Tony, maybe even Pandora, though she might be less likely to admit to that second one. The couple of things she actually missed about home were the people. That was something she'd never really imagined would be the case.

Maybe it should be perceived innocence. She didn't really need saving from this, in her opinion.

Only way to really get that smug look off his face was to lean right up an kiss him again. If nothing else, she wouldn't be able to see how smug he was.

Alex got a knee beside her hip, giving himself some leverage and reached down to tug at her shirt. If she wasn't going to let him be smug, he was going to that kiss harsh, rough and sharp. And he was going to do that while tugging at her shirt.

Not one to be outdone, Effy curled her fingers harder into his shoulder, and... sort of helped with the shirt situation by arching away from the bed.

With the additional fun of being pressed up against him. Less helpful. Whatever. It felt good, and she didn't care much about anything else right now.

Alex yanked on her shirt this time, pulling it up even if he didn't want to stop kissing her which made actually getting the shirt off a little harder.

He knew he was going to make that decision shortly but, until then, he'd just hike the shirt up some and get his other hand on her stomach to drag his nails across.

She wasn't exactly making the clothing removal easy for him, but give it a minute and she'd want to get rid of some more as much as he did.

For now, it was just overridden by not really wanting to stop what she was doing, and an automatic instinct to hold on tight and try not to let her breath hitch too much as he pulled those nails across her skin. No need to make him any more smug.

Alex gave up on the shirt for the moment, letting it stay pulled up enough that he could pull away from kissing her only because he wanted to put his mouth on that skin he had exposed.

His mouth followed the path his hands had just taken, tongue flicking out as he did before getting to one side of her waist and dragging his tongue from waist up along her ribs and back down again.

That target of keeping her breath steady? Not going to last when he was doing that. A little frustrating.

For her part, if she wanted skin, she was going to have to stick with running her fingers across the small amount she could reach around his collar, neck, the back of his head.

He lived to be frustrating. And he lived to knock her out of that perfect little zone she liked to put up too. He slowly swiped a hand across her stomach, watching his fingers pass over skin before lowering his head again and following it with his mouth.

This time, when he got to her side, he bit her, worrying the skin between his teeth and giving her one of a few (if he had his way) nice little marks to take home with her. Like an American souvenir!

One she probably wouldn't be showing to her parents when they picked her up from the airport, as nice as he might think they are.

For now, she'd let him do it, while she crept her hands down his back to try and draw his shirt up, however slowly.

He had plans to make more in other places so maybe she'd get lucky yet with showing some souvenirs off to her parents. Alex was confident she could come up with a good story or two.

Finished with that for the moment, he dragged his mouth back across her stomach, tracing his tongue around her navel before getting to the other neglected side of her. Another bite, this time less sharp but held longer and see, now there were two of them.

Matching pair. Very artistic of him. Might have to give him a few marks of her own, fun payback for leaving them all over her nice smooth skin.

Meanwhile, finally inched his shirt up enough to be able to spread her fingers across his back, and make the most of having that bit more skin to touch.

And it'd be such a fun form of payback to receive, he was sure. Since he still couldn't really get her shirt off without just ripping it off her, he crawled back up, close enough to kiss her again and even managing to grin at her before doing that.

One hand went back to trying to work her shirt up and off, not willing to give that up entirely. And if he pressed his hips into hers while doing that, well, it was her fault, she'd encouraged him with the hands on his back.

Wasn't going to complain at that, if anything, she'd push back. Giving more incentive to curl her nails against his skin again, pressing just hard enough that he'd feel it before she finally released her grip.

Now it might actually be possible to get that shirt off without ripping it to pieces.

Alex would be taking advantage of that now, tugging on her shirt again to finally try and get the damn piece of clothing off of her. If anything, it was getting hiked up high enough that he could get his free hand underneath, fingers reaching to slide across one of her breasts, touch light but focused.

And if it stayed hiked up, it was just going to keep getting in the way, so wriggling to get it off completely and out of the way it was.

Without it, she could be entirely focused on his hands and where they were touching and what they were doing. So much better with less layers in the way.

Alex agreed and was very happy to see that shirt go. He kept his hand on her, squeezing gently while his lips and mouth found her neck, pressing kisses along that expanse of skin.

Of course, he wasn't going to just kiss her. No, after doing that for several moments, after swiping his tongue along the column of her throat and near the top of her chest, he found the spot where neck met shoulder and bit her there too. Just for good measure, he bit the same area again just to make sure.

Really determined to give her something to remember him by, wasn't he? Well, with the bonus of stopping her from smirking while he was doing it, because she really had other, better, things to be thinking about.

Pressing back up against his hands for one, and shifting her hips firmly against his as another. Still fucking entertaining, she thought.

He was giving her high marks in the entertainment department right now, yes. Even if that shifting had him pausing for a moment, breathing quickly against her neck, he was still giving her high marks.

Alex slid his hand away from her for the moment so he could sit up some, get a better advantage on her. He reached for both her arms and moved to pin them beside her head for the moment.

"You think this is entertaining, huh?" he asked, talking for the first time since she'd kissed him.

"Notice you've stopped threatening to leave," Effy said, using that break to get her breathing comfortably steady.

"Are you?" she asked, flexing her fingers where her hands were pinned. "Entertained?"

"Somewhat," he said, tightening his grip on her wrists slowly. "I'm sure you could do better though."

He kept her hands pinned and leaned down, running his tongue from her throat down the center of her chest and back up again.

"If you wanted to," he added. "But I'm sure you don't. Too much work on your part."

Effy let out another amused breath, as she tried not to visibly squirm. Didn't really work all that well.

"Don't assume."

"Or you'll do what?" he asked, enjoying having the advantage for the moment. He tightened his grip again, pressing his fingernails into her skin. "Stop me?"

He smirked, showing what he thought of that little statement. He moved his mouth again, sliding it over one nipple and looking up at her as she did.

"I don't see that happening."

Asking her questions when he was doing that just wasn't going to work. Not without a pause when her breath caught, at least.

...But no, she couldn't really see that happening either.

"You might miss something," she said instead.

"I might miss what?" he asked, sliding his tongue across her again, slower this time, more focused and intent since he liked the reaction that'd gotten. "I'm seeing everything pretty damn clearly right now."

"If... you assume I wont," she said, instinctively arching away from the bed a little against his mouth.
